Perform manual labor to plant, cultivate and tend to field grown and containerized plants and trees using hand gardening tools. Operate tractors, farm vehicles, forklifts and equipment. Work is outdoors and requires prolonged walking, reaching, bending, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs and pushing/pulling carts weighing up to 450 lbs. No smoking or tobacco products allowed on nursery property at any time. One month of verifiable commercial nursery experience required. Three quarters of an average of 40 hrs/wk guaranteed. Tools, supplies, and equipment provided at no cost. Housing provided at no cost if outside commuting area. If applicable, transportation and subsistence expense to the job will be paid upon completion of 50% of the employment period, or earlier.
