VICE PRESIDENT,ENROLLMENT MANAGEMENT & LIFELONG LEARNINGExecutive position reporting to the President of the college with college planning and supervisory responsibilities. Responsible for implementing and evaluating the College’s strategic recruitment and retention initiatives for both lower and upper division programs. Responsible for the coordination of Lifelong Learning and all phases of the enrollment management functions including Admissions, Registration, Financial Aid, and Dual Enrollment. Duties include the coordination of State and Federal reports, and serving as liaison between college and community. Requires Master’s degree in an academic discipline or equivalent degree plus, increasingly responsible student development administrative experience within the last five years at the Director level or above. Must be proficient with computers. Knowledge of student, academic, vocational, and community service functions of the College. Knowledge of budgeting and management principles and practices. Knowledge of applicable State and Federal regulations. Knowledge of personnel practices. Ability in verbal and written communication.
