Full-time Fiscal Coordinator: This position is responsible for handling financial activity for the Authority including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, purchasing activities and budget tracking. Further job duties include:
• Maintenance of records and corrective action following audit findings
• Grants, purchasing, inventory, and legal compliance along GAAP procedures
• Maintenance of filing system for payroll time-sheets, incoming invoices, check requisitions, purchases, bank notices, etc.
• Develops, applies, and/or improves fiscal policies/procedures
